We made a really beautiful batch of lemon and rosemary marmalade. The lemons were a mix of traded lemons from backyards all over Sydney and the rosemary came from Jimmy’s mum’s garden. Only extra ingredients were sugar and a pinch of salt.
Zesty and herbal, perfect on toast or in a cocktail.
