Originating from Siberia, but eaten all over Russia, pelmeni are hearty meat-filled dumplings that are traditionally made by the 100s and then frozen in the snow!
In this class Jaimee will share her own family recipe to teach you how to make pelmeni from scratch and keep them in your freezer, rather than waiting for the next snow fall!
- Make and eat in class a big bowl of pelmeni with lashings of sour cream, horseradish vinegar and dill
- Make and take home a bottle of your own herbaceous vinegar
- Learn to make pelmeni filling variations
