O Tama Carey is one of Sydney's most celebrated and talented cooks. Her incredible restaurant Lankan Filling Station has introduced Sri Lankan food to inner-city Sydney and set tastebuds and hearts on fire.

Join us for a workshop in which you will make and take home a sambol, while also saving a little to eat with a Sri Lankan feast prepared for you by O Tama. She will demonstrate how to make her famous cashew curry, a dahl like no other and ghee rice.

You will also take home a special blended white curry powder to start your own Sri Lankan cooking at home.
