What to expect in a Cornersmith workshop
All our workshops are relaxed with a focus on home cooking skills. We keep our numbers small (12-16 people) to maximize your experience, and engagement with the topic and the teacher. You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue your cooking adventures at home.

In our hands-on workshops, you will make a number of recipes, with some to enjoy in class and the rest to take home, along with all of the recipes. We recommend bringing a few spare jars or containers to these workshops (in case any extra is made) and a carry bag to take your bounty home in.

In our demonstration classes, you will be shown the recipe/s step by step, with plenty of tasters along the way. There is no need for spare jars or containers in these classes. If you are unsure of what type your class is, please check the description of your workshop on our website or call 02 8964 7463
