Blood orange marmalade is our favourite seasonal conserve, beautifully balancing the bitter-sweetness of this special citrus. This is a softer set for smearing on croissants, and for using in baking and cocktails.
We love it on toast with lots of butter; on scones with cream; in crepes or tarts. This marmalade also adds the right amount of sweetness and flavour to marinades, meat glazes and salad dressings.
