ORDERS:

All general enquires regarding the online store can be sent to info@cornersmith.com.au.

If you need to make any changes to your order or delivery address, please reply to the order confirmation email and we'll see what we can do. The sooner you let us know, the better - especially with delivery orders.

Please read on for information on delivery and delayed orders.

 

DELIVERY:

We ship Australia wide with weekly dispatch on Tuesdays via Auspost. Our order cut off is 8am on Monday each week. You can select your ideal dispatch date upon checkout, delivery date will depend on your area.

We offer free shipping for orders over $80 or a flat rate shipping of $14 for orders under $80.

Please be sure to triple check your address is correct at the checkout to avoid unnecessary delays in receiving your order.

 

DELIVERY ORDER DELAYED?

There may be extended delays in receiving your order that are out of our control. We thank you for your patience and understanding. 

It is a good idea to keep an eye on your tracking number for updates, and use the tracking enquiry links in the emails to contact the couriers or Shippit if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please get in touch with the couriers directly before contacting us. If you are having trouble getting an update from the couriers directly (generally allow 72 hours for a response), get in touch at info@cornersmith.com.au.
