Order, Delivery and Pick-up Information
ORDERING OVER CHRISTMAS
Orders placed after 23rd Dec won't be processed and sent out until after 17th January.
Click and Collect will be turned off from 23rd Dec until 17th Jan. The cafe will be open from 5th Jan, where you can purchase our pickles and preserves and other retail and grocery items.
All general enquires regarding the online store can be sent to email@example.com.
If you need to make any changes to your order or delivery address, please reply to the order confirmation email and we'll see what we can do. The sooner you let us know, the better - especially with delivery orders.

We ship Australia wide! Please note we can't ship to a PO Box address.
Your shipping rate is calculated from weight of your purchase and delivery location.
Please be sure to triple check your address is correct at the checkout to avoid unnecessary delays in receiving your order.
We use courier companies to deliver your orders. You will receive an automatic notification on purchase. Orders are then manually processed and couriered within working hours (Mon-Fri 9-5pm). Our small team is doing their best to keep up, but as online orders have dramatically increased over the last few months, there may be a delay in processing your order. Please allow up to 5 days for order processing.
Your order will be sent out when all items are in stock and ready to be shipped. If we experience delay in receiving an item, we will email to let you know, and can make alternate arrangements for your order.
Once your order is booked for pick up by a courier, you will receive an email from Shippit with your tracking number and details.
DELIVERY ORDER DELAYED?
Due to COVID-19's impact on couriers and the post, there can be extended delays in receiving your order. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
It is a good idea to keep an eye on your tracking number for updates, and use the tracking enquiry links in the emails to contact the couriers or Shippit if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please get in touch with the couriers directly before contacting us. If you are having trouble getting an update from the couriers directly (generally allow 72 hours for a response), get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PICK UP - ANNANDALE CAFE:
If you wish to pick up your item from the Annandale cafe, please select the pick up option at the checkout.
The Annandale cafe is located at 88 View Street, Annandale 2038. Pick up hours are 9am - 2pm Monday - Sunday.
If there is an item you would like to pick up, but the option to pick up is not available at the checkout, please email email@example.com.
You will receive an automatic email on purchase with details of our pick up system. This email does not indicate your order is ready to be picked up.
Our small team is doing the best we can to keep up, but there may be delays in processing your order. Please allow 2-3 days for pick up orders to be processed. Orders are processed Monday - Friday in business hours, so if you order late on a Friday, your order will not be ready to pick up that weekend (unless you receive an email saying it is ready).
You will receive a second email to notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please have this email or your order number ready to show staff when you arrive to collect your order.
If there is a delay in processing your pick up order, we will send you an email to let you know and make alternate arrangement.
